OUR LEAD TIME AT THE DIY BOX

Our lead time at The DIY Box depends on which season of the year we are in.

Our current lead time is between 20 - 30 working days -
this does not include weekends and public holidays.

Our main aim at The DIY Box is to assist you where possible, if you do need
any of our items sooner, please feel free to get in contact with us as soon as
possible so that we can try our best to assist you.

Please take note that we will try and accommodate you where possible but
cannot guarantee that we'll be able to assist with all products if a rush order
has been placed.

Please take note that no refunds will be given. Once an order has been placed and paid the stock for the order gets ordered immediately to ensure that I have sufficient time to complete your order.
